Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at SQ COLLECTION. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be provided.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request quickly, you may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our team

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

If the original payment method is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion.


7. Exchanges

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.


9. Late or Missing Refunds
